A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your place and photos are required as soon as possible.
Photos should be in focus, well lit, close up headshots. I will do my best to work from poorer photos if that's all you have but please bear in mind, the better the photo, the better, more detailed your drawing will be.
I will send you regular progress photos and a final photo once your drawing is finished for approval.  Once you are happy with your drawing, payment in full is required within 10 days and before despatch.

All drawings are posted by Royal Mail "signed for" delivery.

Photo tips: Photos are best taken outside in good natural light.

Make sure there is no "eye shine"

Try to get close and on the same level without using the zoom.

When the photo is taken, zoom in on it and make sure all the details are still sharp and not fuzzy or pixilated
